Troubleshooting

When your robot floats in place, stops mid cycle, or will not power on at all, start here. Each guide follows the same approach: the symptom, the likely causes ranked from most to least common, and the checks that separate them, in the order that wastes the least of your time. We cover robots that will not climb, cords that keep tangling, error lights, tripped outlets, weak suction, and cleaners that miss the same corner every run. Most fixes here need no tools beyond your hands and a garden hose. Where a repair is genuinely a job for the service center, we say so plainly, along with what it typically costs and when replacement makes more sense than repair.
